Medical Care and Advice When You Need It
UPMC for Life members can connect with participating doctors and providers face-to-face through a video appointment. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can show video and has a microphone.
Seeing your doctor over video is simple to use and allows you to interact face-to-face when making health care decisions. Your doctor can do many of the same things to treat you through a video visit that are done during an in-office visit. Many visits can also be done over the phone.
Your copay will be the same, or less, than if you were seeing your doctor in person. Your provider must be in the same state as you during your visit.
