Drug recall: Voluntary Nationwide Recall: Tydemy (Lupin July)

Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc. has recalled two lots of Tydemy™ (Drospirenone, Ethinyl Estradiol and Levomefolate Calcium Tablets 3 mg/0.03 mg/0.451 mg and Levomefolate Calcium Tablets 0.451 mg) because they did not pass stability testing, which could impact the effectiveness of the product.
