Our food pantry is open to the public one Saturday per month during normal operating hours. Families and individuals can take home a box of free food containing a selection of nutritious shelf-stable items, fresh produce, meats, dairy, and frozen items. Food boxes are limited to one per family/individual, per month, and are available on a first-come, first served basis while the food pantry is open.
Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is preferred. Call 412-665-4650 to register and learn about food pantry operation dates.

Visit a UPMC Health Plan Connect Center in December to get your free informational and awareness goodie bag!* It will contain a 2024 wellness/nature inspired calendar featuring recipes and health tips, a red-ribbon awareness ink pen, a journal to help set your 2024 wellness goals, and more.

We are here for you seven days a week. Hours of operation vary by location. You can schedule a virtual or in-person appointment online. Appointments aren’t necessary, but we may be able to provide even better service if we know you’re coming.
