Introducing Online Bill Pay
Good news: UPMC Benefit Management Services is now offering Online Bill Pay as an option for participants to make their COBRA and Retiree premium payments.
Online Bill Pay lets your participants submit their COBRA or Retiree premium payment online through our secure payment portal, saving them both time and postage expenses.

Note: We will only accept electronic check payments due to fees associated with credit card payments.
We will inform all of your current COBRA and/or Retiree participants about this exciting new option. We will also include the Online Bill Pay website address with all premium payment coupons that are issued to new participants going forward. They can still choose to use the premium payment coupons instead of paying online.
We are excited to offer this convenient payment option, and hope it enhances the customer experience for you and your participants.
