All providers must revalidate their enrollment in Medical Assistance (MA), UPMC for Kids (CHIP), and Community HealthChoices (CHC) for each service location every five years. Providers should log in to Pennsylvania’s Medicaid Management Information System (PROMISe™) to check revalidation dates and submit applications at least 60 days before the due dates.
