- Naloxone (pa.gov): Visit this link on the DDAP website to learn about naloxone (Narcan), which is the medicine that is used to reverse heroin and opioid overdoses. The website has info on how to get and administer the drug. It also addresses legal concerns about administering the medicine during an overdose.
