Wellness for Life
You and your covered spouse or domestic partner, if applicable, are each eligible to earn up to $300 (up to $600 jointly) in Health Incentive Account (HIA) Reward Dollars. HIA Reward Dollars for Panther HMO and Panther PPO are placed onto a UPMC Consumer Advantage Visa debit card that can be used to cover the cost of qualified medical, prescription, as well as qualifying over-the-counter (OTC) health care purchases, as defined in IRS Code 213(d). Reward dollars are earned and credited to your debit card throughout the plan year as you complete each tier level. Panther HDHP with HSA Participants will have their reward dollars applied to their September 2027 paycheck following the completion of the plan year.
Your list of personalized eligible activities is available on the UPMC Health Plan Member Site—the website that powers Wellness for Life. The member site is a confidential health resource where you can track your HIA balance, find doctors and pharmacies, and discover tools and programs that will keep you on track with your health goals.
