Wellness for Life
This unique health and wellness program offers resources, tools, and support to help you on your journey to better health. You’ll earn reward dollars in a health incentive account (HIA) when you complete healthy activities during the plan year.* The HIA dollars you earn are loaded onto a UPMC Consumer Advantage Visa debit card, which gives you instant access, control, and flexibility over how and when to use your dollars to help pay for eligible expenses.
Your list of personalized eligible activities is available on the UPMC Health Plan Member Site—the website that powers Wellness for Life. The member site is a confidential health resource where you can track your HIA balance, find doctors and pharmacies, and discover tools and programs that will keep you on track with your health goals.
