- Second Harvest Market Place, a Healthy Pantry Initiative in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania.
- Mental well-being services from UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor.
- Health and wellness programs from UPMC Hamot and the Hamot Health Foundation.
- Job search and application assistance through UPMC Pathways to Work and PA CareerLink®.
- Referrals to support services and health care navigation from UPMC Health Plan’s community health workers.
- Assistance for people interested in UPMC Health Plan’s products.
- Connections to affordable housing, emergency rental relief, financial assistance, literacy and education services, legal aid, and other support services through BUILD CDC, Redevelopment Authority of Erie (RACE), Erie’s Black Wall Street (EBWS), Greater Erie Community Action Committee (GECAC), and other community partner organizations.
