Beginning Monday, April 15, 2024, UPMC Health Plan participating providers who need a general claim status, member eligibility or benefit information, help creating or verifying on an authorization, assistance accessing an EOP, or to check information will be required to use our self-servicing options on our online portal at upmchealthplan.com/providers or our Interactive Voice Response system (IVR). Microsoft changes and security enhancements will soon require Provider OnLine users to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) each time they log in to access the portal. MFA is a security feature that adds an extra layer of protection by requiring more than just a password. This MFA requirement is expected to take effect on June 25, 2026.

Dexcom, Inc. is recalling two lots of Dexcom G7 sensors. Dexcom G7 sensors are used to monitor blood glucose levels as part of the Dexcom Glucose Monitoring system.
