New Provider OnLine security updates coming soon

Nov. 2024Important Notices

On Nov. 8, 2024, the security settings for UPMC Health Plan’s Provider OnLine website will be updated.

Existing user accounts will be migrated into the new system; however, users will need to take the following steps upon their initial login:

  • Enter their username and password.
  • Create a new password.*
  • Agree to the new terms and conditions.
  • Set up two-step authentication.

The update will also give users access to new features, such as the ability to retrieve a forgotten user ID, reset a password, and edit their profile.

Please refer to the Provider OnLine Authentication Guide (PDF) for more information.

If you have any questions about this matter, please reach out to our Provider Services team at 1-800-937-0438.

*You may reuse your existing password if it meets the new security password requirements.
