Please join us for a live training webinar for primary care providers and pulmonologists by UPMC Health Plan that will provide an overview of a comprehensive COPD management program from Conversio Health. During the presentation, the speakers will discuss:
- Components and benefits of the COPD management program.
- Which patients are eligible to enroll.
- The process for enrolling eligible patients in the program.
There are two live session options available with content applicable to clinical and administrative staff. The same content will be presented in both, so attendees only need to sign up for one session.
