In the coming weeks, we will send the LGBTQIA+ Affirming Provider Designation toolkits to providers who have earned the designation to date. These kits include a provider welcome letter, postcard, badge reel, lapel pin, table tent, and talking points for office staff. Please note that this shipment requires a signature for delivery.

We encourage all providers to earn the LGBTQIA+ Affirming Provider Designation. To get started, complete these three modules:
