Tracking your stress
This week, take a first step by tracking your stress. Print this tracker and use it to check in with yourself at least once per day. At the end of each week, enter your daily stress ratings in your WebMD tracker.
Why track your stress?
Tracking stress is a great way to learn about how your body responds to the challenges of daily life. It’s the foundation step to becoming resourceful. Tracking can help you learn which tools you need to respond. It can help you notice how you are doing, choose when to practice self-care, and choose how you will respond in any given situation. As you track your stress this week, ask yourself, “What do I need right now to help me thrive?” Next week we’ll add some new tools to help you do just that.
