An Explanation of Benefits (EOB) gives you details about health care services you recently received.

What your EOB can tell you

It lets you know how much you have already paid or may still owe for your health care services. It is not a bill.

Where can I find my EOB?

You can access these documents anytime through the UPMC Health Plan app or your secure member website, MyHealth OnLine.

Tip: Download your EOB to your mobile device or computer to save for your records.
