Family lifestyle coaching can improve your child’s health and prevent serious illness. A health coach can talk to you about ways your family can make healthy changes and provide strategies for managing weight, improving nutrition, reducing stress, increasing physical activity, and more!
To enroll in family lifestyle coaching, register or log in to UPMC AnywhereCare and schedule a visit under the health navigator tile to get started or call 1-855-772-8762 (TTY: 711). Help is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
UPMC Health Plan’s RxWell app offers diabetes management and healthy lifestyle management programs to members age 16 and older. Each program offers self-guided activities that help you make healthy lifestyle changes that last and if you need support or have questions, you can message your health coach.
