With a UPMC Health Plan Login, you can use the same username and password to securely access your personal information through the UPMC Health Plan app and the UPMC Health Plan member site.

24/7 Video Visits

If you’re experiencing nonemergency conditions such as a cold or sore throat, you can get medical attention from the comfort of home. 24/7 Video Visits offer access to providers over live video straight from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.²

Just like seeing a doctor in person, you can:

Have a face-to-face conversation with a provider.
Discuss your current symptoms and get treatment options.
Have a prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice.³
Get answers to your medical questions and a referral, if needed.
