Stay in Touch With Us

We’re here to help you stay connected and informed during this challenging time. Our Staying in Touch events can help keep you informed about staying healthy, managing stress, being active, and connecting with your community–all from the comfort of your home. Each event will last 30-45 minutes. You can participate in the entire event or just part of it.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers Online Classes

Are you caring for a family member or loved one? Join our new online series of Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes from the safety of your home. Two experienced class leaders will walk you through interactive lessons, discussions, and brainstorming sessions that will equip you with the skills you need to thrive as a caregiver. Classes are held once a week for six weeks. All you need is a valid email address and a computer with a camera and microphone.

To sign up for an upcoming online caregiver class series, call the phone number on the back of your member ID card. UPMC for Life members can enroll at no cost.

Space for each class is limited! Please make sure you can commit to attending all six sessions of the series you choose.
