She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and has worked in many areas, including nursing, case management, and quality improvement. At UPMC, she helps design and lead programs that support people with Medicare and Medicaid, especially those with complex needs. Cynthia played a key role in creating programs for dually eligible individuals and individuals with disabilities in Pennsylvania. She’s passionate about making sure the people get the care they need in a way that’s easy to understand and use.
