Update your Communication Preferences
Traditional mail could take days to arrive. Go paperless to receive your documents electronically and notifications by email or text message. By electing to receive documents like your Explanations of Benefits (EOB) on the member site rather than by mail, you’ll have everything you need in one place. Sign in to update your preferences.

As applicable to your plan, when you sign in, you’ll have access to:
- Coverage and plan details, including a summary of recent claims and spending summary for your plan.

Find Care
From the member site, you can call your primary care provider (PCP) or search for a new one. By using the Find Care feature while signed in, your member information is automatically pulled in so you can easily find in-network providers.
The member site also allows you to find a pharmacy, schedule a virtual visit, or talk to a nurse through the UPMC MyHealth 24/7 Nurse Line.
