Our award-winning UPMC for Kids Health Care Concierge team will see you and your child through every step of your child’s health care journey. They can answer your benefit questions, help you schedule doctor visits, and do so much more. You’ll always speak with a representative who is knowledgeable about how your plan works. Our goal is to provide you with fast, efficient service every time you call.

Reporting changes

Please report any changes in your family to the Department of Human Services (DHS). This would include changes to your address or phone number, household income, number of members in your family, or private health insurance coverage. To report any of these changes listed above, you can use COMPASS, use the myCOMPASS PA mobile app, or call the DHS Customer Service Center at 1-877-395-8930 (215-560-7226 in Philadelphia) to report changes.
