IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Biden Administration has announced that the COVID-19 PHE is expected to end on May 11, 2023. Some benefits or flexibilities made available during the PHE will expire on that date. UPMC Health Plan will update this Appendix A with more information about expiring benefits prior to the end of the PHE.

Unique Pharmaceutical Laboratories (A Div. of J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.) is recalling four lots (GY825029, GY825030, GY825031, GY825032) of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets USP 5 mg.
