Drug recall: Voluntary Nationwide Recall: Tydemy (Lupin July)

Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc. has recalled two lots of Tydemy™ (Drospirenone, Ethinyl Estradiol and Levomefolate Calcium Tablets 3 mg/0.03 mg/0.451 mg and Levomefolate Calcium Tablets 0.451 mg) because they did not pass stability testing, which could impact the effectiveness of the product. Pulmicort Flexhaler has a new distributor, Rubicon Holding. National Drug Codes (NDCs) for Pulmicort Flexhaler from Rubicon Holding are not included in the Medicaid Drug Rebate program and are not covered under the Medicaid Prescription Drug Program. Pulmicort Flexhaler NDCs from the previous manufacturer, H2 Pharma, have been discontinued but may be billed/dispensed until supplies are exhausted.
