Novartis is recalling one lot of Sandimmune Oral solution (cyclosporine oral solution, USP), 100 mg/mL, due to crystal formation observed in some bottles. This drug is used to prevent organ rejection in kidney, liver, and heart transplants. Read the full text of the Cyclosporine recall.
