Provider OnLine is a comprehensive resource that allows participating providers to access valuable information online. Starting in early 2024, the site will begin featuring updates to improve your experience. The first of these are updates to member plan (eligibility) information, and improvement to user set up (security management).

The Telephonic Psychiatric Consultation Service Program (TiPS) is a Pennsylvania HealthChoices program that gives primary care providers access to free, on-demand consultations with child and adolescent psychiatrists, typically within 30 minutes.
