Voluntary nationwide recall: Eye drops (Rugby)

The Harvard Drug Group LLC has recalled certain lots of Rugby brand eye drops because of bacteria found in certain samples of product. The bacteria could cause eye infections that result in partial vision loss or blindness. Unique Pharmaceutical Laboratories (A Div. of J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.) is recalling four lots (GY825029, GY825030, GY825031, GY825032) of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets USP 5 mg. Cetirizine is used for the relief of allergy symptoms, including itchy, red, watery eyes and itchy skin.
