These kits include a provider welcome letter, postcard, badge reel, lapel pin, table tent, and talking points for office staff. Please note that this shipment requires a signature for delivery.

Voluntary nationwide recall: Cetirizine (Unique – July)

Unique Pharmaceutical Laboratories (A Div. of J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.) is recalling four lots (GY825029, GY825030, GY825031, GY825032) of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets USP 5 mg. Cetirizine is used for the relief of allergy symptoms, including itchy, red, watery eyes and itchy skin.
