More than 500 UPMC physicians have been recognized as 2020 "Best Doctors" across 73 different specialties. UPMC doctors represent 79 percent of the physicians listed in Pittsburgh. An exhaustive peer review determines the physicians included in the list, and only those who earn the consensus support of their peers and meet additional qualification criteria are included on Best Doctors.
As an FEHB member, you also have access to an extended provider network that offers coverage whenever and wherever you travel in the U.S, as well as access to more than 65,000 pharmacies nationwide.

1095-B tax forms
As of January 2020, the Internal Revenue Service no longer requires you to file the 1095-B form as part of your federal tax return because the tax penalty for failing to meet the individual mandate was eliminated by Congress. UPMC Health Plan will no longer mail the form to you, but you can easily obtain an electronic copy to print at your own convenience by:
- Visiting MyHealth OnLine for quick and convenient access; search under Forms and Guides and navigate to Plans and Coverage.
You may also request a printed copy of your 1095-B form by:
- Submitting your request by mail to ATTN Enrollment, UPMC Health Plan 600 Grant Street Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
- Submitting a request online by filling out our 1095-B contact form or emailing your request to 1095BInquiry@upmc.edu. Please supply your member ID, name, and tax year being requested.
Your health and access to high-quality care are our top priorities at all times. We are actively monitoring the status of the COVID-19 pandemic and have made some important changes to ensure that all of our members have access to the care they need during this challenging time.
Please note: With the exception of members of Congress or designated Congressional staff, the Health Insurance Marketplace does not affect FEHB Program enrollees. For additional information, visit OPM's website.
