Feedback sought on your experience with UPMC Health Plan

Aug. 2025Important Notices

You may be randomly selected to participate in a 2025 Press Ganey provider satisfaction survey that will begin this month.

UPMC Health Plan contracts with Press Ganey to measure in-network provider satisfaction levels and to meet one or more NCQA Health Plan Accreditation Standards. Press Ganey incorporates a percentile ranking to allow the Health Plan to compare its performance to a cohort of similar insurers that initiate a provider satisfaction survey.

In our 2024 survey of physician practices, 95 percent of respondents indicated that they would recommend UPMC Health Plan to other practices. In addition, respondents ranked the Health Plan in the 95th percentile when comparing us to other insurers with whom they participate.

Invitations will arrive in the mail or via email later this month, and we ask that you share your feedback by completing the survey!
