Sign InUPMC employees will now use their upmc.edu email address to access Provider OnLine. Authentication will occur through their UPMC credentials and network connections. If your UPMC email address has changed since joining the organization, you should use the email address associated with your Microsoft Teams chat account when logging in to Provider OnLine.

No Surprises Act Negotiation Information
The Federal No Surprises Act within the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 provides for out-of-network and balance billing protections for out-of-network Emergency, Air Ambulance, and certain services rendered at in-network facilities. The Act creates specific negotiation and dispute resolution protocols between payer and provider.
