About the speakers

Candice Moore (Moderator)

Director, Account Services and New Business Operations, UPMC Health Plan

Ms. Moore works in new sales and account management at UPMC Health Plan, overseeing client onboarding and retention. She also works cross-functionally with Product Development and Marketing. A successful leader in the retail, nonprofit, and pharmaceutical industries, Ms. Moore was instrumental in creating a leadership mentoring program at UPMC Health Plan. She currently co-chairs the initiative.

 

Jim Kinville
Senior Director, EAP, Workpartners®

Mr. Kinville has more than 30 years of employee assistance program (EAP) and work-life experience in managed care and specialty health management. In his current role, he directs the strategic agenda and leads staff who deliver EAP services to local, regional, national, and international customers and clients. Before joining Workpartners in 2015, Mr. Kinville served in several executive roles and was responsible for directing EAP and work-life services for diverse populations. He also has experience overseeing the operations of care management centers and developing programs to aid in the overall success of EAP utilization and patient outcomes while reducing readmission rates and costs.

 

Brigid Crawford, MA, CTP
Senior EAP Consultant, LifeSolutions

Ms. Crawford has been with Workpartners’ employee assistance program (EAP), LifeSolutions®, since July 2015. In addition to delivering trainings and providing leadership consultations, she oversees the EAP’s Disruptive Event Management program, which supports workgroups through times of crisis. Ms. Crawford is a Certified Trauma Professional and an approved instructor of multiple courses focused on mental health, suicide, intimate partner violence, and crisis response. She is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and a member of UPMC’s multidisciplinary threat assessment team. With more than 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, she has expertise in varied human behaviors and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. Ms. Crawford earned her master’s degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Tech.
