UPMC Telehealth Services
With UPMC Health Plan 24/7 Video Visits, members can:
- Have 24/7 video visits for convenient, high-quality health care for nonemergency conditions using a computer, tablet, or smartphone anywhere in the United States.
- Receive a treatment plan and prescription (if necessary) for cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, allergies, pink eye, and more.
Members also have access to other telehealth services where they can:
- Chat with licensed pharmacists about their medication.
- Get personalized guidance from health navigators and schedule appointments with board-certified health coaches.
- Schedule and attend virtual talk therapy and psychiatry visits—often with short wait times— to address depression, anxiety, stress, and/or relationship difficulties.
UPMC Health Plan mobile app
When members download the free UPMC Health Plan app to their smartphone or tablet, they can access member ID cards for themselves and their dependents, live chat with and send secure messages to Member Services, check the status of their claims, and more! Download our mobile app at the Apple App Store or Google Play.
UPMC Health Plan Member Site —Personalized Members-Only Website
Our secure, interactive website lets employees track their health goals and gives them the resources for meeting them. Once employees take the MyHealth Questionnaire, they receive personalized activities for improving their health. The site offers a host of other services:
- Decision-making tools
- Health activity trackers
- Web-based lifestyle improvement programs
- Personalized provider search
- Chat with Member Services and wellness coaches

Transparency Tools—Medical Cost Estimator
Within the UPMC Health Plan member site, your employees have access to our medical cost estimator. Members can get an estimate of their out-of-pocket costs for medical treatments, based on their specific plan option.
