Anthony DeFail, DO, is associate vice president of Medical Services for the Commercial Market at UPMC Health Plan. Dr. DeFail works with the Commercial, Clinical, Data Analytics, and Population Health teams to develop and implement innovative programs and partnerships to improve clinical outcomes and influence medical cost trends.

Dhaval Mehta, MD

Medical Oncologist and Hematologist, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center

Dhaval R. Mehta, MD, is a medical oncologist and hematologist at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. Dr. Mehta treats all types of cancer but has a special interest in hematological disorders, solid tumors, and clinical trials in the community setting.

Candice Moore (Moderator)

Director, Account Services and New Business Operations, UPMC Health Plan

Ms. Moore works in new sales and account management at UPMC Health Plan, overseeing client onboarding and retention. She also works cross-functionally with product development and marketing. A successful leader in the retail, nonprofit, and pharmaceutical industries, Ms. Moore was instrumental in creating a leadership mentoring program at UPMC Health Plan. She currently co-chairs the initiative.
