Give feedback on your experience with UPMC Health Plan
You may be invited to participate in a 2026 Press Ganey provider satisfaction survey, which will begin next month. This survey will be given to a random sampling of in-network primary care providers.
UPMC Health Plan contracts with Press Ganey to measure in-network provider satisfaction levels. Press Ganey incorporates a percentile ranking to allow the Health Plan to compare its performance to a cohort of similar insurers that initiate a provider satisfaction survey.
In 2025, 98 percent of physician practice survey respondents indicated that they would recommend UPMC Health Plan to other physician practices, a 3 percent increase from 2024. In addition, respondents ranked UPMC Health Plan in the 96th percentile when comparing UPMC Health Plan to other health plans with whom they participate.
Invitations will arrive in the mail or by email next month, and we ask that you share your feedback by completing the survey!
