Watch for a chance to rate your experience with UPMC Health Plan

You may be randomly selected to participate in a 2026 Press Ganey provider satisfaction survey that will begin this month.

UPMC Health Plan contracts with Press Ganey to measure in-network provider satisfaction levels. Press Ganey incorporates a percentile ranking to allow the Health Plan to compare its performance to a cohort of similar insurers that initiate a provider satisfaction survey.

In 2025, 98 percent of physician practice survey respondents indicated they would recommend UPMC Health Plan to other physician practices, a 3 percent increase from 2024. In addition, respondents ranked UPMC Health Plan in the 96th percentile when comparing UPMC Health Plan to other Health Plans with whom they participate.

Invitations will arrive in the mail or by email in the coming weeks, and we ask that you share your feedback by completing the survey!
