Voluntary nationwide recall: Dexcom G7 sensors (June 2026)
Dexcom, Inc. is recalling two lots of Dexcom G7 sensors. Dexcom G7 sensors are used to monitor blood glucose levels as part of the Dexcom Glucose Monitoring system.
This product is being recalled because lots 1725204004 and 1725069002 were intended for destruction but were stolen and sold by a third party. Lot 1725204004 may include sensors that are not properly sterilized and have an increased risk of skin infection. Lot 1725069002 may include sensors that do not have sensor readings available.

If you have an affected lot of Dexcom G7 sensors or are experiencing any problems that may be related to receiving the product, Dexcom says you should stop using the sensors and call Dexcom Customer Support at 844-478-1600 to request replacement sensors.
As of May 29, there had been no reports of adverse events related to this recall.
