Medical Care and Advice When You Need It
Telehealth benefits
UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO SNP) members can connect with participating doctors and providers face-to-face through a video appointment. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can show video and has a microphone. You have a $0 copay for telehealth visits with your PCP and specialists.
Seeing your doctor over video is simple to use and allows you to interact face-to-face when making health care decisions. Your doctor can do many of the same things to treat you through a video visit that are done during an in-office visit. Many visits can also be done over the phone.
