In-home safety visit
UPMC for Life Complete Care members get one free in-home safety assessment per year. A licensed health care professional will come to your home and give you tips and advice on making your home safer.

To order in-home safety products, call your care manager at 1-866-778-6073 (TTY: 711) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To schedule an in-home safety visit, call your Health Care Concierge team at the phone number on your member ID card.
UPMC for Life does not install safety devices or reimburse for costs associated with the installation of safety devices. UPMC for Life is not liable for improper installation, repairs, or other modifications. Members are responsible for any and all costs associated with installation.
