UPMC for Life Complete Care
If you are eligible for both Medicare and Medical Assistance (Medicaid), you can join UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO D-SNP). All members can take advantage of a $0 premium, $0 medical copays, and $0 copays on Tier 1 and Tier 2 prescriptions. Plus, you'll get access to additional benefits like an allowance to buy over-the-counter (OTC) products and home safety products.
