With a UPMC Health Plan Login, you can use the same username and password to securely access your personal information through the UPMC Health Plan member site or app.
Here are some of the things you can do with the UPMC Health Plan member site and app:

- Access a digital copy of your member ID card(s).
- Enroll in autopay and pay your monthly premium.
- Search for in-network providers.

Members have the option to receive plan documents online through the UPMC Health Plan member site and app.
Choosing to get plan materials online not only helps the environment—it helps you, too! Instead of mailing printed documents—like Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Annual Notice of Changes (ANOC), and member guides—we can email you a link to easily view documents online.
Getting plan materials online lets you:
- Have safe and easy access to your documents 24/7.
- See your plan documents sooner than waiting for a hard copy.

Get care without leaving home! With MyUPMC, you can schedule an online visit with your regular provider. All you need is your phone or tablet—and the MyUPMC app. Plus, you can track your health care and review information about the care you’ve received from your UPMC providers.1

24/7 Video Visits
If you’re experiencing nonemergency conditions such as a cold or sore throat, you can get medical attention quickly and safely. You have 24/7 access to providers over live video straight from your smartphone, tablet, or computer that has a camera and microphone.2
Just like seeing a doctor in person, you can:
- Have a face-to-face conversation with a provider.
- Discuss your current symptoms and get treatment options.
- Have a prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice.3
- Get answers to your medical questions and a referral, if needed.

1MyUPMC is available only to UPMC patients. Your health information will not appear in MyUPMC if you receive care from participating providers outside of the UPMC system.
224/7 video visits are available only to members who are in Pennsylvania at the time of their virtual visit. Members may select a UPMC provider, subject to provider availability and discretion. Members must accurately verify their physical location and that they are in Pennsylvania at the time of the visit. Limitations may apply for members of administrative services only (ASO) plans who have opted out of coverage. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the video portion of the visit for children younger than 18. Providers employed or contracted by UPMC retain discretion regarding the treatment of patients ages 0-2. 24/7 video visits for children ages 0-2 are unavailable from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. in Pennsylvania.
