Primary care provider (PCP)

For a scheduled visit outside of regular business hours, your PCP knows your health history and is the best person to direct your care. If you do not have a designated PCP, you can select a PCP online.

Make an appointment with your PCP by calling their phone number on the front of your member ID card. If you do not have a designated PCP, you can select a PCP online.

*UPMC Health Plan members located in Pennsylvania at the time of service will have a virtual visit with a UPMC-employed provider. UPMC Health Plan members located outside of Pennsylvania at the time of service will receive care from a provider employed or contracted by Online Care Network II PC.

**UPMC Health Plan members enrolled in the Advantage or Extended Network health savings account (HSA) plans will be charged a $25 fee for provider-related visits until their deductible is met.

All UPMC Health Plan members have no out-of-pocket costs for UPMC AnywhereCare until May 20, 2021.

UPMC nurses who answer calls are licensed to assist members located in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Members must be located in one of those states when calling the UPMC MyHealth 24/7 Nurse Line. The UPMC MyHealth 24/7 Nurse Line is not a substitute for medical care. If an emergency arises, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Nurses cannot answer plan or benefit questions. Please contact the Health Care Concierge team at the phone number on the back of your member ID card for nonclinical inquiries.

Dependents registering for MyHealth OnLine must be 18.
